Meet Jessica

Jessica has been keeping things running smoothly as the Director of Operations for Bond Real Estate Co. at Compass since 2021. Because she's also a licensed real estate broker, she truly knows the business inside and out. From coordinating listings and marketing to taking care of clients, she handles all the behind-the-scenes details so that everyone has a stress-free experience from the first meeting to the closing table.

She’s also the mastermind behind Bond’s client appreciation events, putting together fun, meaningful gatherings that celebrate the people at the heart of the business. With her eagle eye for detail, knack for organization, and calm approach to problem-solving, Jessica makes sure both the team and our clients feel supported every step of the way.

When she’s not at work, she’s at home in Pittsboro, Indiana, spending time with her husband, Mike, and their two daughters, Nora and Ivy.

Happy Clients.

"Mike is a great Realtor® who goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. He is a true salesman and uses his social media reach to sell his properties instead of simply listing the property on the MLS. You won’t be disappointed if you hire Mike as your Realtor®!"

Home Buyer

"Mike and Olivia were an absolute dream to work with! As a first-time home buyer, I had lots of questions, but they were always there for me — even during late-night phone calls and last-minute change of plans. I’m so grateful for their patience, support, and positive energy. I couldn’t have done this without them and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!"

Andrea H.

"We had an excellent experience working with Mike to both sell our house and also find our new home. He is knowledgeable, skilled at negotiating, and we truly valued having him by our side throughout this experience. I would highly recommend Mike and the entire Bond team."

Katherine R.

"Mike is amazing. As first time home buyers, we really appreciated his insight and guidance throughout the whole process. He’s so knowledgable and really takes the time to make sure you are getting the house of your dreams. We’d couldn’t recommend him enough."

Home Buyer

"Mike was great to work with throughout the entire buying process. From a welcoming first meeting, to showing us a variety of houses, to ultimately helping negotiate back and forth for our new home. While there was a great deal to appreciate about Mike's work, his constant responsiveness and communication really stood out."

Home Buyer

"My husband and I were first time home buyers and Mike made the process easy for us. He is extremely personable, took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find a home quickly in the exact area we were looking at. We will use Mike again in the future and would highly recommend him if you’re looking for a Realtor® in the Indianapolis area!"

Home Buyer

"Mike and his team did a fantastic job with the sale of our home. They came highly recommended by Compass in another city, and they lived up to every expectation. Although our home was at a relatively modest price point, we received the same level of attention, dedication, and professionalism one would expect with a much larger sale. Every detail was handled carefully, and the entire process went through without a hitch. We could not have been more pleased."

Dennis S.

"Mike was flexible and effective - willing to listen and work with some of my rather unusual preferences. He is also well connected in the area, which led to high quality showings and a very quick transaction. Highly recommended."

Home Buyer

"There are a few key reasons I'd recommend working with Mike Feldman and his team. First, his communication is consistent and clear. He was responsive, whether we had quick questions via text or needed to talk through something via a phone call. Next, as we moved from Broad Ripple to Carmel, he demonstrated strong local knowledge of both areas for pricing, strategy, etc. He continued to share that local knowledge throughout the process with recommendations for different service providers. In addition, he demonstrated an ability to put us first by sending targeted outreach in neighborhoods of interest while also demonstrating an ability to work effectively with other agents to get the deals done. Lastly, his team was incredibly organized with strong attention to detail. His Director of Operations, Jessica, paid special attention to proactively guide us through and stay on top of the closing process. Mike and his team went the extra mile to support my wife and I as we bought and sold and we would strongly recommend him to others."

Steven H.

"Mike and his team were amazing. Mike really helped my wife and I find a home that we truly love. His knowledge of the Indy area was extremely helpful on us picking and working through the process of closing. Will use Bond again if we are ever looking for another home."
